Please make snowman only able to join 1 account per IP, I dc/ed 4 times in a row now and got no gift yet. IGN: ImRod I would like a refund as well since I'm wasting my time with this and I need to take advantage of this event just as everybody else, take note that I'm joinning this event with one char only and I'm getting nothing when there's people joinning with 5 mules and getting 5 boxes.
5th time, every snowman I dc, AND YES I have the latest setup instaleld from 22nd November. This has to do with all the mules in there fucking making the map laggy even with GFX low still dc/ing. P.S: I would like 5 gift boxes as a refund since I've been attacking the whole times and kept dc/ing.
Are you one of those greedy players logging 5 mules and attack with them all and doesn't let any other player join the event?

i keep on dc too... the moment the boss spawned, my maple just frozen there. like froze. and i'll get dced after the boss died.. i set my graphical setting to the lowest and thats not helping at all.. seriously..
If you want a refund, they will have to refund every char in the game. Which, spoiler alert, is not going to happen. They know of the problem and trying to fix it, you are not the only one.
Haven't got anything so far, I attacked snowman 52 times now without dc/ing and still no present. 9th time btw Edit: 12th time now, I attacked snowman the whole time without dc/ing and no present was given. I believe I'm bugged. I gave up on going to snowman after 12 attempts and all DC's or attacking snowman and not receiving any gift. You should also take a look at the map when the snow machine is at 0 or 1k and see how many mules are sitting there, causing these fking DC's and being greedy to take 5 gifts for themselves.
You should check that you have slots in your etc inventory as it tells you. Also if you don't attack during the third body you don't receive a present.
Yes I know about all this, I joinned this christmas event last year and I know everything about how it works, I even know if I have arrows in my use slot I won't be able to attack. Therefore I did nothing wrong at all. I'm very positive it has something to do with the fact of 80-100 mules there making people DC because the map isn't supposed to handle with that many people, also my computer is the same as last year, it's completely fine and has nothing to do with, my internet is fast and great as well.
I think I'm just bugged man... I just attacked snowman the whole time at ch10 without dc/ing, used 200 snowballs, attacked whole body parts and didn't get any present. Although it's alot better if snowman spawn in another ch than ch1 that I can tell!
Yes I'm using normal attacks too, I'm a magician. Basically I'm not doing anything wrong because I've joinned this event way to many times last year to not know what I can and cannot do. Therefore I would like to ask some investigation towards this issue.
@Badohsai It's quite possible that your computer simply can't handle the amount of users that attend the event (considering it could be 100-200+). Here are a few questions I'd like you to answer so that we could try helping you out: 1.) What are your computer specs? See below if you don't know how to get this info.. (Windows: Start>Run>type DXDIAG>hit enter>post screenshot) (Mac: Click Apple at top left>Click 'About this Mac'>post screenshot) 2.) Are you running on WiFi or through an Ethernet cable? 3.) Do you DC only at the end of snowman, or randomly during its spawn? 4.) Do you DC any other time while playing royals? 5.) What job and level are you? Answer these questions and keep your cool; I'm sure we can find a solution for you
^ Yes I DC randomly during its spawn, yes I also DC other times while I play royals, not quite often. I've tried snowman in my Hermit (using auto attacks), I've tried on my magician using auto attacks as well.
