Can't start the game

    I'm getting "error code : -2005530585 (Unknown error 0x88760827)"
    Can't find it in the troubleshooting guide and I haven't had this issue before today.
    I have tried redownloading the game and rebooting my computer but nothing seems to work.
    Using windows 8.1

    Have you tried the compatibility-mode solution? Please let me know if you need help.

    The compatibility-mode wasn't actually the issue this time, turns out it was screen resolution, it works well now with my other monitor as primary.
