OK, I think this is the best thing we can do: Please uninstall the game, making sure to save any screenshots you want to keep, and make sure to manually remove any folders/icons left after uninstalling. When you've done that, please redownload the setup, and temporarily disable your Anti-virus and firewall if necessary until the download and installation are complete. Check your game files to make sure that you don't have more than one .tmp file in your MapleRoyals folder. If you do, try uninstalling and reinstalling again. When you've done this, make sure to add the whole Mapleroyals folder as an exception in your Anti-virus program. (If you're not sure how to do this, please make a post in technical help, telling people which anti-virus you're using and asking for advice on how to add the folder as an exception. Then re-enable your anti-virus and firewall, and test that the game works, even though you won't be able to login yet. When you've done this, please post a screenshot of your game files here so that we can see that they look OK. If they do, we can then unban you, BUT if you get another high damage autoban with damage that cannot be done legitimately, you will not be unbanned a second time.
I get it, thnx!! I will do it =) =) =). But something worries me still... What happen if it occurs again with rush skill? I'm relatively new in this server (I created the account 6 months ago but I only played for 2-3 months) but I have been on several servers where the rush skill always get glitched (It seems that rush glitches are common on servers) and they recommend not to use it. Don't u have many reports about rush skill? Or am I just an isolated case? Thanks
