Upon first glance, it unfortunately looks like your graphics card has lived it's full life. Make sure it isn't overheating. Use Speccy to check the temprature and make sure all your fans are spinning and aren't clogged with dust.

Really? Quite surprised as I have only recently bought this laptop for the fall semester - here's my Speccy summary. Not sure if these numbers are okay or not: Screenshot(1a).png

Mmmm everything looks fine, your CPU temprature is a bit higher than it what it should be but I can see that you're running the client as you took this SS. If your game is in windowed mode, do the black boxes also fill the entire screen or do they only fill the client?

Yes, they do fill only the entire client nothing else.

Does anybody have the same issue/know a fix for this?

Do you have an onboard dedicated graphic card? It seems like you're using the integrated one. Try switching it and see if it changes anything.
And as what @Ponder said, your CPU temp is rather high, assuming you're not doing anything at all (i.e. gaming, browsing, watching movies, blablala). Might want to watch on this part.

Do you restart your client after doing boss runs? Including snowman. I've heard this helps a lot.
