The terms and conditions can be found on the main page of the forums. Unfortunately, ignorance of the rules is not an excuse to break them without consequence. Using a screw or any other mechanical device to hold a key for you exhibits botting activity to us in game, and therefore we cannot differentiate you from a player using a third party macro program to gain a competitive advantage while not being at the computer. This is why you are banned.
