automatic snowball gm event.

    I'd like to suggest making this event pop up every few hours during the day, so everyone can enjoy it.
    making this work automaticilly , without a GM having to host it.
    the prize isn't too big anyway, 100 snows for losing and winning team gets red present.
    and I belive this event gonna get cancelled after the Chrismas event, so why not?

    * I suggest this to be automatic cause some other Private server on higher version have this feature during the chrismas and it's cool

    for example everyone gets a server notice that snowball event is going at ch 3, ~joinevent to join.
    and the system put people equally in team 'maple' and team 'story'.

    Did they fix the snowballs so that it doesn't roll the length of a gnat at a time? (exaggeration)
