Unable to login the game.

Hi,

I can't login the game.
I've already turned off the firewall, restarted computer and modem,
still can't login.

Sometimes it success and i'm getting in,
and when I change channel the game crush.

When I try to login the game, i get this :

 

Are you able to try with a different network, like your phones 3g/4g network.
This one would very likely be a network problem on your side, if you are sure all antivirus/firewall programs are off and not interfering.
For a few people their wifi has caused connection issues to the server so try using a cable instead of wifi.

 

I am sure that Antivirus/firewall are off,
and im using cable, not wifi.
I'm sure that the problem is on my side, because at my brother's home I can play.
but what should I do ?
I really want to play, but i cant :\

If you have a network problem then calling your ISP is my best tip as I have no idea what problem your network has.

 

I am from Israel, it might be the problem ?

 

Shouldn't be the reason as we have people from Israel playing without problems.
