I voted 24 hours after my previous vote at my cousins house and when I did it, it said you have already voted please wait 1090 minutes. I do not know why it is doing this. I voted last night at 2:35am and today I am voting at 3an . Please refund me back for my missing nx if it is possible. ty

 

If your cousin plays the game you can't vote twice per day so if he had voted you can't vote from his location.

on the mapleroyals site. Prior to voting, in game told me i had 15 minutes until i could vote for nx

 

The in game message is not always accurate.

Well that's the reason, because you did that the system now thinks you are the same person.
To solve further voting problems you need to go home and log in into the game on your own computer and then log out from the game before you vote.
If use the same computer as another player without following the above you will continue to have problems.
