What GM banned you: Not relevant This is my last appeal to reason on the matter, and I won't post any of the old screenshots since they are all available in the other threads. I do agree with Tim's original proposal that I should have let this go ONLY in the sense that I shouldn't have brought it to the forums. What I wanted, was simple justice in the game, and I adhered to the rules in doing so. I never harassed him, but rather attempted to come to an agreement with him, and yes I defamed him, twice, not three times, twice - the first defame was for his "fuck you" comment to me for which he was not punished, and the second for the simple fact that he never bothered to honestly apologize, and was just generally a troublesome person to deal with since the beginning of the case. Oh also, one of his defame pictures remained edited. Additionally, this whole incident was started by a player in game using offensive language against me, for which I felt he was not adequately punished for, and now somehow I am banned for harassment. Do I not have the right to defame someone if they have wronged me? I would argue I do. The whispers I have with him are just plain and simple not harassment. He STARTED the whisper conversation after I dropped his fame one time. Then, when I apologized to him in whisper, he never bothered to apologize back. There is actually no solid evidence this player ever did apologize to me for the comment from the get-go, and yet somehow now I am the one who is doing the apologizing. I would say that, given all the evidence, the fairest thing would've been to either ban both of us for 3 days, or not ban either of us at all. The reason I say this is because I have apologized numerous times now for the original thread, and in game to this player for the entire incident, as can be seen in one screenshot, I just wanted to put it behind us and come to an agreement, yet he did not offer any co-operation here. On top of all of that, I would like to bring forth this final screenshot on the matter where I am seen actively trying to settle things and NOT harass him, yet my simple offer was ignored yet again, and I was banned not 5 minutes later. And with that, I would just like to offer my sincerest apologies to GM's involved in this case, Tim I apologize for not heeding your advice about letting it go. Hopefully you can find it to forgive me for the unneeded drama I brought forth here, though I argue Harryputta is just as much to blame for his lack of co-operation based on the screenshots. Ultimately, just asking that maybe you can agree that the ban I received was just as unnecessary as my original thread was, for which I have already apologized.

You've gone out of your way to punish the player because the GMs didn't want to do it for you, that's not okay and I hope you understand that. Somewhere in this long drama you've set up you've acknowledged that the player has apologized to you but that you didn't feel like it was an actual apology, the same thing can be said about your apology to him. In fact, you used you apologizing to him as a tool to force him to apologize to you once more and even threatened to defame him 2 times if he did not obey. I don't know where in your mind that sounds like an okay thing to do, because it's pretty messed up and I hope you realise that. With that said I doubt we will reduce your ban nor will we agree that your ban is unnecessary.
Dimitri, thanks for your reply. Can I ask you an alternative way of uploading a file? I can't find how I can do this in ban appeals? I have a screenshot of me offering to raise this players fame 2 times which he ignored.

Thank you. Although this probably will not even help my case as you pointed out, its worth a shot, just showing yet another attempt where I try to reason with this person. If anything, I just ask that my ban can be reduced long enough to give me time to spend my stars before the event is over..had 4000 I hadn't spent. Or if theres anyway I can be allowed to spend them and then get re-banned.
