Played in MS Beta, just found/started playing here! New player introduction

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I used to play Maplestory during their beta days and for about two years after beta finished (so basically a long time ago). I'm on break from grad school and missed hearing that good old Ellinia music. After doing some research, this private server seemed promising, and now I'm here!

Quick little blurb about me (idk if this is allowed here, but other non-gaming forums I'm a part of allow new members to write a little something): I'm a graduate student currently getting my MA in communication studies (I'll be applying to PhD programs later on this year). I love going spearfishing/abalone diving, backpacking, and I'm slowly getting better at surfing . I completed in the 2015 Spartan Race World Championship Men's Open Elite group last year and did alright considering how training during grad school is a pain in the butt! I love weightlifting and basically anything physically challenging. I also love cooking. My favorite video game is FFX, but Maplestory will always have a special place in my heart.

I used megaphone about half an hour ago (thank to everyone who said hi btw). Nayruu from Hollywood - if you're reading this (or if someone would kindly pass it over to her) I'm so sorry that the client kept crashing on when I tried going to the Free Market! I'm downloading the latest game client right now as I type.
