Unable to vote ?

Hi, I'm having problem as I always fail to vote and it wrote I voted but there's nobody in my house / pc to vote .

 

i usually vote at 8pm. but the next day 8pm i vote, it wrote voted and left like 3hour to vote. after 3hour i vote. the next day , it claim i voted already and wait another 10hour .

 

help?

 

Try voting from another IP address? Like on 3G, or at a friends house. Then you can figure out if its your IP you can't vote on or your account? That's the only thing I can think of that doesn't require GM or Admin assistance.

 

I think is my IP address got problem. Because the first 2 vote I was using my mobile data and have no problem. How can I solve it to continue use my house's IP.

 

I'm not sure to be honest. I would just keep voting on your phone, or somewhere other than your house for the time being until a GM or Admin replied to the thread.

After the 12 hour remaining . I still can't vote. It said that I voted and have to wait 100 min again LOL

Are you using WiFi or a direct Ethernet connection?

Do you have siblings that play Maple Royals? If so, that is the cause of the problem because the voting rules are 1 vote per household/IP.

 

i using direct cable . i used to play maple royal and i got banned . now is my 2nd time of playing..

 

Do you have anyone else in your household that plays Maple Royals? Brother or sister or cousin?

 

Wait what? 1 vote per house? that sucks,what if i play at school and other students also play??

 

Im getting an issue with it saying im already logged in or something like that

 

Then you will have voting problems unless you go back home log into the game at home then log out before you vote.

 

nop. only me and im sure is only me >< but now i slowly found a way to solve it ( i assume) . just log in maple in my laptop before i vote.
