It was logged in on 25 minutes after you last logged in on the account that has PUsteven on it. This makes it hard for me to believe that your brother was the one that started hacking.

So your brother's English wasn't good enough to register for Mapleroyals yet it was good enough for him to find and use hacks from the internet? (most likely in English) Also you need to be atleast 13 years old to play MapleRoyals.
