Your language was inappropriate and in a public place with more people than just your friends present. Please keep in mind that not everyone appreciates this kind of language and if you must, keep it in buddy or guild chat.
Look, people speak in profane language all over the world, either in maple royals, the person who reported me,i told him i was sorry, he just ignored me. I can understand that people don't like it, but after all we all use it, and it's not stated specifically in the terms and rules of playing the game, I didn't harras anybody, I spoke with friends. I will be speaking in guild/buddy chat next time because, I appreciate your consideration unbanning me. I came mostly to play this game, and have the nostalgic experiences i had long time ago. If you look up synonyms for profane (the base of the word profanity) you find the terms: obscene and vulgar, so it does actually say in the terms and conditions that profanity is not allowed. And to be quite honest, the fact that people speak in profane language all over the world means absolutely nothing here. We do not tolerate it, and if you choose to use it, you will be banned and have to serve a punishment period.
Hello, First of all, I deeply understand the reason for the ban, I completely agree, and i won't use Profane language anymore in game. I'm asking you to consider shortening the ban, changing it to a specific account ban for the duration or simply unbanning me for the next reasons : -I understand and will stop using profane language in game. Everyone's doing mistakes, and it's my first one, i don't believe i deserve that long duration of ban. -My sister's account's banned as well because we're living in the same household and we share the same IP, She doesn't deserve the ban, she has just come home from the army and she only wants to play the game, which she can't because she's banned for no reason at all. I must remind you that i used this language with friends, i understand that people heard me because i spoke in "All" Chat, therefore a warnning would do its job, but banning me for that is too severe..
We do not give out warnings here, nor do we shorten bans. You only have another day or so to go anyway, so just make sure it doesn't happen in the future. For future reference, keep that type of language in your buddy or guild chat.
Well these days are critical, as i mentioned before, my sis can't play because of my mistakes, isn't there anyway to change the type of the ban to a non-ip one? She really wants to play. I seriously think it's ridiculous that i'm banned for these nonsense..
No, it's part of the rules. There is no way to just unban your sister, so you will both remain banned until your ban is over.
