We will have to ask of you to be patient as the admin who usually verifies identifications for age related issues is on a break and she has to inform the new admin of the protocol when dealing with these. Once informed you will be told how to prove to us that you are indeed over the age of 13. However as it is you would have to serve the original 33 day ban regardless of your age, so there's no rush to have the permanent ban removed.
Since we are unable to gather the proper resources to check your age (in a legal matter) we decided to give you the benefit of the doubt for now. Your ban has been reduced to the original 33 days (3 for KSing, 30 for account sharing) which means you're able to play again on the 1st of march this year
