[Solution] Click Change settings for all users > Uncheck Run in compatibility and Run as Admin. Now you should be able to change compatibility normally. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As you can see, I can't manually choose my compatibility mode. When I run the troubleshooter, I am given Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP2. This seemed to happen after I transferred all my data from HDD to SSD. Reinstalling the game didn't change anything, so I suspect something needs to be done in the registry, though I'm not sure what. Note that Run as Admin is also grayed out. I'm on Win 10 x64.
as of now, I just run it by right clicking, pressing troubleshoot compatibility, then checking display option, then clicking on test~
Thanks, that allowed me to change the settings! Still wondering why I can't do it normally, but it'll do.
For me I can just click change settings for all users, unmark the compatibility option and after that change it normally. (without it being grayed out)
