Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: GAngle Additional Information: Three-day ban has been lifted, though a MAC ban still remains. I have followed the "troubleshooting guide" to confirm a MAC ban, but to stipulate: I can log-in and connect to a channel without issue, only selecting a character closes the game with an error message stating "You have been disconnected from the game." If any other information is needed I will supply such as soon as possible
