    He is my friend and because that meso i didn't wanna buy anything and after go school i will not often login so i borrow my all meso to him
    and he also afraid be misunderstood , so that we do

    Do you have any evidence that you were lending this to him like a line chat for example?
    Your friend seems to have a lot of people giving him meso after he posted an offer to buy meso on Facebook.

    You've been unbanned as this does confirm you were lending him 1,7B meso. Unfortunately you will not be getting the meso back because your friend is permanently banned for many other suspicious meso transactions.
