Hi i cant enter to the game because it says to me temporary disabled and i do not know why,,what i want to say can you remove it please so i cant enter the game again... Thank you.
My character name is clemance voted from other IP address by mistake ban message is cant log in to the server and when i checked me account it said temporary disabled can you please fix to so i can play the game again Thank you
Like I said, you're not banned nor is your account disabled. I suggest you make a thread here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/ And if possible upload a screenshot there of the error you receive when you try to connect.
