    That is just awful. I recently saw a documentary too where they showed gay men in Russia being lured into an apartment where an anti-gay group waits for them and beats them because of the anti-gay laws. This is one of those times where I'm thankful to be living here in the U.S where it's at least safer. Suffice to say, I will not being visiting Russia anytime soon.

    Jeez...where are their moral values? If you don't like a protest group that doesn't give you a reason to pepperspray the sh*t out of them and whip them like cattle…especially if they're women. Crazy country.

    Apparently Russia's such a lousy place that they don't teach their sons not to hit women. This isn't the first time i've seen a Russian man (or men) beat down a girl ~f7

    I really admire Pussy Riot for being prepared to stand up for what they believe in, but I'm horrified at what they've had to go through so far because of that. =(

    I saw that and some cctv clips on the bbc news and was really shocked at how lenient the sentence was.

    I know right... That shocked me the most.

    And errrr this pretty misleading article caught my eye also.

    Says in the article that legal highs that mimic heroin will be sold legally. Banned substance Black Mamba is not a legal high that mimics heroin. It's contains a banned cannabinoid to mimic cannabis and likely was the cause of the 6X deaths at the beginning of the article. No doubt this will cause confusion as to people thinking that these herbal blends mimic heroin when they do not. dafuq.
