I Dc'd from the game, and when i try to log back in it says, This is an id that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection. IGN:Tatibana
I just encountered this issue myself so i'll join the request for help here instead of making a new thread
Same problem happened to me about 15 minutes ago and I figured I'd piggyback here as well. I checked the troubleshooting guide, and the only solution seems to be "go to the website and go to the character fix section," but unfortunately when I try to do that, it says that character fixes are currently disabled. Nothing else to do right now it seems but ask for official help on the issue.
