Closed Shoutbox not loading

Hi.

So my problem is that whenever I visit the shoutbox in any capacity, it doesn't load. It just shows 0 people online and nothing else happens. Here's a SS of it:

Are you on google chrome? If so, check your settings for running javascript by:

>top right corner "control and customize google chrome" (the three horizontal bars)
>settings
>show advanced settings (at the bottom)
>content settings
>javacript
>allow all sites to run javascript

same thing might work on another browser just with different steps if javascript is the issue

 

I am on chrome, but javascript is already enabled on all websites :/

 

Do you have this problem on all your browsers?

 

It seems to only be an issue on chrome.
I do have adblock installed on chrome, but I have the website whitelisted so that shouldn't be an issue.

 

Try to open MapleRoyals.com on an incognito tab, you should be able to see it there.

 

It still won't load in incognito mode.

I use Chrome and have no issues so I assume it must be something on your end.

Did you ever try disable all extensions you use?
Are you sure Chrome is updated?
You could also go into Chrome advanced settings and "Reset Settings" if you have done some changes.
Clearing all your browser data might help. cookies/browsing history etc..

 

All of my extensions are disabled for royals.ms

I am fairly sure chrome is updated, I recently restarted it and it updated itself.

I don't think i've changed anything from the chrome defaults, other than asking me before loading things with adobe flash. I made an exception with royals.ms though, so it would automatically load anything from here without asking.

I just cleared everything from chrome, and the shoutbox still didn't load.

Lots of errors are showing up in console while I'm idling on the shoutbox webpage. Here's a ss of what it looks like:

So previously I was just going to www.royals.ms/forum, though after going to https://royals.ms/forum the shoutbox now loads properly.

This seems to have fixed my shoutbox problem, thanks!
