Pretty self explanatory; I can log onto my alt character, but the other character I mostly play on receives an error code - resulting in my client ending - every time I try to log in. It reads: Error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x800300002)
Are you able to select the character to log in? Or do you disconnect before the character selection screen appears? Did you download the recent wz files?
Actually, I thought it was just happening on that character, but it only happens when I enter FM channel 1. I managed to log on in FM ch 2 and walk out, but if I go back, the same error occurs. P.S. I had the game client and all the files downloaded back in November, so I just updated the client at the beginning of February (after not playing for a while).
We have updated our Character.WZ and String.WZ file just this week. If you don't have the files from this week, you will DC.
