Hey guys, I have an error code that I'm looking to get help with. After trying to troubleshoot, via the in-forum guide; I am still experiencing difficulties. "Error code: -2147024809 (The parameter is incorrect)". The previously specified error is what I am trying to overcome. The guide states: to change the compatibility mode to run with windows 98 protocols. After attempting the advice; I noticed that windows 98, is not an option for compatibility. Do you have a screenshot of the compatibility tab with it missing? I'm not sure why that would happen.
Screenshots: As you can see in the first shot; changing which mode it is simulated through isn't even an option. The previous issue can be combated, by running the compatibility troubleshooter (I assume this is the same idea?). Even in the compatibility troubleshooter, the oldest version of windows is XP. I'm not sure if it is relevant, but I'm running windows via bootcamp through my Mac. Any further advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Bjski
