I took some time to check the origin of your AP resets and how they ended up on bowbom. - All AP resets were purchased by Huemen for meso (even though one of the sellers was later banned for vote abuse / meso selling you couldn't have known) - All AP resets were dropped in a fm room and looted by bowbom when he was playing at your house / internet on a different computer - There is no evidence of bowbom paying you for that but it's not illegal to fund a friend. You have been unbanned and you get to keep your AP resets. Please try to make it easy for us by giving us a full story in any language you're more comfortable in to get your issue solved sooner.
