Uh, i can't really remember tbh (i thought that was the reason i got banned for). Maybe it was a mule or smth. However, i don't get what possible reason implied suspicious activity. Can i get at least an explenation? If that char is not on my account, then I can't recall any link i had with it.
Is the situation going to be clarified or not? Can I at least get on another account without fearing getting banned later for ban evasion?
Having looked into your situation, Graphited was banned for hacking into other people's accounts. It's possible that you were one of the victims and thus banned for safety reasons, but I'll have to wait for Tim to confirm if this is the case.
In the week of jan 6th 2016 a guy ran a script through the login system where he attempted to log in on all kinds of leaked account information, including yours. Currently your account information is not safe so you will have to change your account information. It's important to note that the leak did not originate from us, you probably use the same account information somewhere else which got leaked. Nowadays people can simply download a list of leaked account information and run them through all sorts of services to look for matches. We have since made changes to our login system to combat bots and scripts from attempting mass log-ins. Go to royals.ms, log in there with your game account and go to the account settings in the control panel. And enter your password + enter a new one. After we recovered your account we will unban you and let you know when you can play again. Please let us know when you changed your password as well so the hacker can't log back in on it again.
