Before I you began to read this thread, I want to say that I'm not looking for any trouble.
Just wanted to verify some stuff.

    An intro:
    http://royals.ms/forum/showthread.php?t=6388

I happened to know Ruby (Exit) since she first started. When I met her at Kerning Pq, she told me that she and her brother are separating their votes and get 4k nx a day per account. (He votes on the gtop and she votes on UltimatePrivateServers). When I heard that, I told her that it sounds quite unfair that I get 8k per a day and she gets 4k only because her brother and her are sharing the same IP. Right after that I told her that there is a possibility that she can use a proxy website, so her brother and her would be able to get 8k per a day, just like they deserve.

And that leads me to the questions:
    1. Is it 8k nx per a soul, or per IP?
    2. If 2 brothers (Or sisters) are sharing the same IP, how can they both vote and get 8k per each? (Without using any mobile device)

    tl;dr:
    1. per ip.
    2. they can't

I apologize if I am incorrect about this, it is just what I have seen in the ban appeal threads made by alleged vote abusers. I believe it has been stated multiple times that in cases such as the one you mention, family members must split their votes. In other words, 2 votes per ip per 24 hours.

edit: After looking through some old ban appeals, I have found some contradictory wording. Some posts clearly state votes between members who share the same IP must be split, white other posts seem to imply the votes can be per person instead.

edit2: After further review, I believe what I stated initially is correct: 2 votes (4k nx each) per ip per 24 hours. However, in the game terms and conditions, point 25 states
. per person may cause problems. Royals Staff, please clarify once and for all.

It's supposed to be 8k per person. I believe it gets more complicated when someone claims their whole family plays, but there is only one active account.

I'm pretty sure it's 8k per person. Before my brother quit I always voted on our home internet and he always voted on his phone, just to make sure we were consistently voting from the same IPs.

What difference does it makes if a person used a proxy instead of a phone?

It is: One vote, per voting site, per person, per IP, per 24 hours.

    Examples:
    1) 2 siblings in one household. They each have 1 account on mapleroyals. They each have their own computers. But the IP address will be the same for both of them. In this case it is suggested that either you take turns voting for NX each day, or if one of the siblings has a mobile device, they can use that to vote (Not Wi-fi obviously), but it is advisable that they stick to one method of voting so it is consistent.

    2) 4 siblings in one household. They all share the same computer, but have their own accounts. 1 person can vote using the computer, the others need to vote using their own different mobile devices. If they don't have any mobile devices then they cannot vote. They will have to take turns.

Usually households with many siblings do not last long because one of the family members ends up getting the entire household banned.

You could end up using the same IP as another player. Thus accidentally getting yourself into trouble. I'd never advise using a proxy/vpn to vote for NX. Most proxy IP's when resolved show up as proxies and they do cause a lot of suspicion. Nobody should be using proxies.

If you consistently use your phone to vote, it is likely that the IP will not vary much. Don't most people have a mobile device which is connected to their carrier network these days?

Actually it's pretty easy to find out if there's multiple people in a house or just one person using multiple accounts. Most of the time we are right about abusers and they usually don't even make an appeal about it, as they are fully aware of their deeds.
