but yea,I own several low-level accounts and sometimes I'll use those accounts to receive valuable scrolls from someone

I know that those WS and Chaos trade with no return may seem suspicious,but I gain them in completely legit way

I just ask my friend to donate me some money for free to help increasing my chair collections without any RW currency trading

I never spend RW currency buying mesos because it will just risk me in ban & I think its nothing but waste my money

Finally,I'll donate Mapleroyals rather than wasting money on illegal activities.

I'll be glad if we can clarify this misunderstanding,and I'll keep support my favorite Mapleroyals,thx.

 

Actually if you track down the transaction history,you'll find out that almost all the WS/CS I received were traded into lovely chairs

As I've mentioned above,using a main to trade large amount of mesos(or CS/WS) with no-return will risk myself in ban.Since its just a free donation between me and my friend,and I dont want to be suspected.So I made some lvl7 account to accept items from my friend to avoid this happen.Sadly I'm still banned

Okay,if I just act like what you say,"use my main to trade",will I be banned? YES
and will you believe me? Nope

Well,I have to declare that my previous request of closing my thread is for preparing proofs and thinking that how to prove my innocence with a best way

(just like Dimitri has said in another thread,I have the right to bump my thread once I have info that may help my ban appeal)

The story began in 3rd Janurary. I have a friend got banned weeks ago and he told me that this guy sold him meso with RW trade but didn’t do any effort to help him unban.Also,my banned friend tell me the way he trade(dropping-trade as I’ve mentioned in inbox message)So I pm him and say that I’ll report his trading way.But he asked me not to report and he’ll donate me free mesos and WS/CS whenever I need and then I accept this sweet offer.At the same day,I thought that I just need a 10att+ PGC so I asked him if he had any.Luckily he got a 10att one and said that he’ll drop it to me in fm 4-4.I tried to ask his IGN but he didn’t tell me.During the PGC dropping,he used a low level character to give it to me.

After that,Whenever I need mesos,I’ll tell him to give me and he never refuse.He’s really a generous person that donate me to finish my +7 ski in February and my rare chair collection in March.

But as to all the accurate dates we traded,uh…too much that I can’t remember all of them.So I just provide some of screenshots of them for example(will upload them later)

Well,all in all,I never do real world trade with mesos,I just accept free donation from a guy.

I think that you ban me cuz you think I violate the rule with red highlight"Don't buy or sell items/mesos for real world currency."
But I just receive a donation from someone without RW trade,its undoubtedly legit and thats also the reason why I make this appeal.
In short,my behavior didn't even violate the game rule so a permanent ban is unnecessary.

If you still suspect that why I involve in many "you-think-to-be-suspicious" trade,I think that what you said in our inbox message explain all
Your description about "紅紅餅" shows that he's really good at IP/MAC changing therefore its not hard to believe that he has countless accounts and IPs,and you also admit that its difficult to catch him

Well,the "9b donation" is really from my friend(but sadly he's vote abuse that I didn't know) but not this guy,don't try to mess them up

If you double-check my chat log,you can see that the meso seller just said that he wanna donate me for free at first,I NEVER BLACKMAIL HIM

Anyway,Is "knowingly trafficking illegal meso / items" violates the rule? Why can't I find it on game rules?

Well,according to this quote,it seems that although gms have authority,players still have their right to appeal and,if they don't agree to close the thread,it should be open anyway

 

You appealed once and your appeal was denied. So that judgement rendered was FINAL and BINDING, meaning it is now closed. You do not have the ability to appeal it any further, even though you tried to.
