Closed Got banned cuz of roomate

    Why do you think you got banned?: My roomate using the same IP with me got banned for botting 2nd time.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Dimitri permanently banned bigggggg: 2nd offense botting.

    Will i get endless ban cuz of using the same IP but different PC? Cant believe what i saw when i logged in... Orz. Help me! plz!!!

    Can i just get my ACC and CHAR back but keep locking IP and MAC? Then i can keep playing at other place...

    I know that and im so sry for that. But ive never been botting since i got banned.I was banned for 7 days after that i just played as usual player...

    Should I be punished 2nd time!? And never unbanned!???

    Im a guild master and i was trying to help my guildies preparing HTPQ, so i played for more than 8 hrs to earn meso almost everyday.
    But that becomes nothing since my rommate being banned.
    I know what ive done is not legal and i was willing to be banned for that 7 days.
    I treasure the chance for not in a ban forever, So deleted the illegal APP.
    Then I told my roomate do not use it ever again since he got banned once already.
    Sometimes i saw him botting i even tuened off it on his PC and alert him, do not stake all my guildies.
    But he still used it when i didnt notice that.
    I cant stop him or do anything helpful thats not my PC and i cant watch him all day long.
    He promised me he will never bot again when i found that every time.
    OMG i dont know what to say, i just want my ACC......

    Unfortunately we cannot unban your computers, IP or characters because the two of you have 3 offenses of botting in total coming from your location. We believe you haven't learned from your mistakes.

    But...i didnt ever be botting after got banned first time, why should i be banned cuz of my roomates botting now?

    Our bans are IP and MAC address based, so if your roommate got banned for botting a 2nd time that ban also applies to you since you live in the same house. There's no way for us to unban you without unbanning him so the ban remains as it is, and yes botting 2nd offense is a permanent ban.

    Ive seen many appeals similar to mine, and ive known i wouldnt be unbanned already but i just want to make a try.

    Thank u GMs anyway, i know thats all our mistakes, and im going to kill my roomate now ... just a joke but i really want to =.=

    BTW, this doesnt have any relationship with this appeal, i just want to know how can u know someone is selling meso or just helping his friends/guildies by giving resource for free.
