on 3 feb a meso selling character dropped a genesis 30 book, shortly after a genesis book is sold in your merchant to the same meso seller for 1311m, I cant find evidence of you paying splits to other people for that book sale either.
Actually ,The 3February I can't remember. Maybe I got some sponsorship from selling genesis 30 book, so i don't need splits to other people for that book sale either. It's not unusual for me.
Do you mean that there is a level 16 account which purchased my gen30 skill book? What I would like to say is that what I did was just to sell my Genesis30 skill book and earned 1.311m from there. The dates stated are actually too long ago for me to recall or remember the details, as well as the fact that I am playing 3 characters everyday which are all higher than level 170, it makes it even harder for me to remember the details. Also, my characters all have their own merchant and my items would not always just be placed in the one same character's shop. I would sometimes sell it on one character, and sometimes sell it on the other. Therefore, it is very complicated and hard for me to track back. Lastly, just wanted to state that don't you think it's ridiculous for me to use real money to buy in-game mesos when I'm already level 200 and have 2 more other characters that are above level 170? I don't see any reason on why I would do that.
The important part was that the same meso seller dropped the genesis 30 book shortly before you sold yours to him

Well, try telling me as much as possible like which characters did you leech for that 3B, what chair did you end up getting, try to make it clear to me what exactly went down so I can trace all those steps back.
I'm so sorry that I'm unable to remember the IGNs of the people that I've leeched before. The only thing I remember is that I wasn't level 200 yet at that point of time and I was working very hard day and night to rush to level 200. As for the 3 billion, he paid me with a white scroll, a chair and Genesis 30 skill book. These are the only things I can recall. This chair ↓
There's no point in bumping if you haven't provided any new information that could help your ban appeal. Tim has already told you he can't investigate if you don't provide him with the names of the characters you have leeched.
