    I recently got banned for account sharing and my question is....
    If i can start over with a whole new account.
    Let me know if this is possible

    No there is no possibility for you to be unbanned if you have been permanently banned.

    I assume you were banned because you never bothered to read the rules.
    In them it more or less says You as a person are banned, that means you are not allowed to play here.
