Character Name: Benizakura (forum name Kevinx3) Last thing you did: i chilled at FM with my friends (got SS) Why do you think you got banned?: Basically it all started with my other account ( kevinx3 ) and i got banned basically for nothing. i Sent 3-4 screenshots, where 2 guys kept calling me a n-word and i even said ''stop'' in the SS, Dimitri wanted more proof, because he said he needed more proof even after i sent him 2 ss i think, later he told me he saw ''Fk u'' in my SS and ignored the rest ones, i told him we were messing around and everyone in the game actually uses ''Fk u'' or ''fack'' like in the old school MS times... what ever you wanna call it a SLANG or something, because Fk u doesn't come with the rest of words. But that was not the case, later i told Dimitri to consider another job if he really needs more proof after the Big SS i just sent, and it was all clear in SS to be honest. Later i got banned for 3 days for being rude, for actually not being rude... At the same time forum moderator told me i got too many something.. too many warnings? i don't know, but forum moderator forum banned me for 3 days aswell, now i don't know why i got forum banned at all, since i was not being rude at all? I clearly was being honest in a good way. Now after 3 days i was able to login to mapleroyals, but not on the forums. And now i got ANOTHER ban from Dimitri and it ends on 3.4.2016... what the actual fk? All i ever did was i used 4-5 smega (not spam) and i said i am gonna make a video of you and humiliate you in my YouTube videos. That is acceptable to be honest, and i got my rights to tell what i feel, since i didn't call him with bad names or something at all, it is like saying i am gonna make a video about my mom yelling at me for nothing and me making a thug life video about her. Since when a word ''humiliation'' is considered a rude or bad behaviour. AND I STILL CAN'T LOGIN TO MY FORUM ACCOUNT EVEN WHEN 3 DAYS PASSED, ITS 5TH DAY ALREADY.... Good job you can't even sent me an email where you simply explain when i can use my forum account. Forum moderator sent me something, but banned me before i even read it, the only thing i saw was: Oh yeah and you got forum banned for 3 days aswell. That was rude.. Ban message when attempting to log in: I dont remember, but it said something like ''Dimitri banned benizakura temporary for harrassment or something.. ends at 3.4.2016'' What the actual harrasment was: there wasn't any. Wait till i finish my video. What GM banned you (optional): Who else? Dimitri.

I think you've misunderstood a lot of what has been going on so far based on what you've smega'd, sent to your friends and sent here on the forums. I'll start with the report you've made, how I replied and why I did so: Originally your report was in the wrong format so I pointed out that you should use the format provided to you if you wanted the report to be considered, you did as I asked and thus we proceeded into looking what was going on in your report. In your report you mention that you have 4 screenshots of what has happened but you are to believe that 1 is enough, because I wanted to fully understand what was going on I asked you for the other 3 screenshots you claimed to have. The reply from you to that request was already fairly rude: "you seriously gonna ask me that after those words? Woah", showing disrespect towards a GM's decision or request is not appreciated and thus my tone towards you when replying slightly changed as you were no longer willing to solve this problem politely. I notified you that the first thing that is considered rude in that screenshot is you saying "fk u" to one of them and thus I wanted to know what the context was as I expected you would have a good reason to say fk u to someone as well as making sure you didn't instigate the situation. You reply to my message by telling me that fk u means free ketchup up and thus you've lied to me for no apparent reason as you now tell me you know it's just f*ck you, but you were willing to give me another screenshot and thus I still considered the report to be a serious one. I proceeded to look into the 2 additional screenshots you've sent in to see how relevant they were to the case, but neither of the 2 screenshots you've sent me actually showed any context to you saying fk u as there's no overlap or timestamp for us to know whether this happened before or after you said fk u. You then sent me a 4th screenshot which shows slightly more than the first screenshot but still no context to why you said fk u to them, thus that one also didn't provide much to the case. After you had sent in all 4 screenshots I discussed the report thread with other staff members and they all agreed on what was the final decision and thus I executed it, that was your 3 day ban. This was unrelated to you saying I should consider another job if that one relevant screenshot wasn't enough evidence. Your forum ban was actually only 3 days, your ban expired on the forums shortly after your ban ingame expired but since you smega'd saying you would use the forums to humiliate and bring down the GM's reputation I decided to revoke your access to the forums as you had clearly gone out of your way to threaten a member of staff. Now onto your current ban: Not only did you smega about how you would take down my reputation and how you would humiliate me just because you got banned for rude behaviour, I also found out another lie you've mentioned in your report: "So basically i am the victim here. I have a maplestory social anxiety behind a screen and i get anxiety when people call me benis, n-word or something like that." So after your ban expired I also happened to see you talk to your friends and they called you the n-word many times and you were completely fine with it, not once did you ask them to stop or did you seem bothered in any way. But hey, I thought you had a social anxiety when people called you the n-word, what happened to that? We have pulled the conclusion that this was a complete lie to have your chances of getting the other players banned improved, sadly this plan backfired as you're now banned for another 7 days for a mixture of offenses. Spoiler: Showing what exactly you smega'd Spoiler: Your friend calling you the n-word and you not asking him to stop at any point Now onto what you've said on the forums today: "When i come back, i will start my ''BAN Yo Ass Days'' I don't care, once i come back after being banned for no reason, i will start reporting people using using game terms & conditions, in a way or another. - if someone hates you for no reason, give that '' jerk '' a reason" This is once again you sending in a threat but this time towards the community indicating that you have very toxic intentions, this of course is not appreciated nor tolerated and if we find you perform such act we will take action once again. What does this bring it down to? You're on thin ice right now, you could either let go of what has happened and not take it personal or you could continue with what you're doing already and likely face another ban as soon as you make any more mistakes.
