Apparently my friend and I were mistakenly banned due to botting of another character. Whether he did it or not, I'm certain we did no such thing. Can we have this issued rectified asap? Thank you,

 

Were you in the bot's party? If so, you are receiving the advantages from the botter and you also get banned and receive the same penalty as the botter for partying with them.

 

Hi John, we were already logged out at the time of the ban. If it helps... jackwooohoo, TheDuchess and OreoCrush were last partying one another at Forest of Golems hunting golden eggs. xKeithle was never in that map.

Ah. You all are playing with the same IP address. Therefore, because he got banned, and you have the same IP address, your accounts are also banned as we have no way of knowing whether you are all different people or the person banned is pretending to be different people or just has multiple accounts.

 

Oh right, we are living under the same residence with a shared common wifi. Is there anything I can do now to rectify this issue? I don't like the idea of being banned for something which we did not do :/ (jackwooohoo, TheDuchess, OreoCrush)
