Started with me getting a ps4 in exchange for working out twice a week (yes im spoiled haha), a month later i saw sick results as result of muscle memory, and decided to start working out for real as the opportunity was there. From then on I got addicted and 2 days quickly became 4 days, and now 6-7 days a week. If I dont workout for more than 3 days I feel like I waste my life and everything I have gained yet, so you could say I am addicted. In the end I didn't really use my ps4 that much as I would rather read about nutrition and other workout related stuff.
