    Unfortunately, our ban system bans entire IPs and MACs when a character or account gets banned. This means that, because your friend got banned, you and your other friends will not be able to play. It's a shame but there is nothing we can do about that. The only thing you could try is by using a different WiFi (entirely different connection with a different IP), or use a 3G/4G network.

    Long story short: your IP is banned. Can't play with that IP.
