Thanks for taking time to read this thread, these are just going to be some random questions that I have/will have while playing MapleRoyals.

Q: Is it faster/better to grind in a party, do PQ's, or grind solo? (Different maps, quests, item drops, earnings, exp rates, etc) (I've read Plenty's list on maps/exp rates, doesn't really work out for me)
Q: How should I assign my AP? (Bowman)
Q: How do you guys take screenshots? Any programs? I use lightshot ATM, play on VMWare and have to switch back to regular desktop and then take screenshot, a bit slow if I'm trying to take a screenshot of something that happens somewhat faster.

These are the questions that came to mind while writing this thread, I'm sure to have more. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks for your help!

Q1 - it depends. I found that pq from 21-27, 35-45, 51-71 were good enough exp. But then again, this was before they changed the exp being received from LMPQ. From 72-135, all I did was leech and found that to be relatively fast. I was also HP washing, therefore training was out of the question for me.

Q2 - I went strless until level 100ish. I added enough STR to equip my nisrock (level 100 bow) and the rest into DEX.

Q3 - Used the print screen button on my computer LOL.

I started washing the moment I made my character - so at Level 1. I'm currently at ~9.2k hp at Level 16x.

Also keep in mind that washing a BM is not a necessity, but a luxury - you don't need to wash to play Royals.

Yea, I was just curious because I know that it's helpful to wash for bossing and such, just don't know if I should or when to go about doing it. Which is why I'm going to main a F/P mage for now, until I get better situated on the server. :)

You should take a look at Gossamer's thread on HP washing!

    https://royals.ms/forum/threads/hp-washing-for-new-players.41129/

It definitely helped me a lot when I was learning how to HP wash. I do agree.. it's terribly expensive to wash a BM (one of the most expensive classes). But if you're somewhat funded it's too bad (I wasn't funded and I turned out alright).

And if you do decide to sell leech on your F/P to make some funds... I would recommend making a HS mule.

    Best of luck!

If you attack in a map that hasn't been attacked for 2 minutes, you claim ownership.

Ah ok thanks for explaining, didn't know how to get map ownership.

Q: As a F/P mage, is bossing viable (like would people want you in their party) or is it better to train solo/sell leech (but at a lower price than bishops)

Hello, first of all good on you for asking questions :) it's the best way to learn!
I would say bossing is not really viable unless you really want to main f/p and make it as strong as possible, training solo/farming and/or selling leech is better :)

Arch Mages aren't that highly sought after in boss runs because they don't have useful party buffs like a Bishop (ressurrect, dispell, holy shield, holy symbol, and magic door).

But that doesn't mean you can't go on boss runs.. I've taken an Arch Mage to Zakum and Krexel. It really depends on who is hosting the run.

As what @Dutchess mentioned above, solo/leeching is the most viable option.

Q: What NX items are drop/tradeable? I know you can't drop or trade pets. Also seen people selling AP reset scrolls. Specifically, are Gachapon tickets drop/tradeable?

All NX items with the exception of donor items/equips are tradeable.

Gachapon tickets are not tradeable and you can only use them once your character reaches level 50.
