Tried to vote, but system mentioned that I've already voted.

Hi Admin,

I have encountered twice of the mentioned incident. I tried to vote immediately when i reached level 15. but system prompted that Ive already voted. When I login my account, i did not receive any 8k NXCash. Then 1 week later, after I level up and tried to vote again, I received the same system message. Please advise.

What does the timer tell you, how many minutes?

 

first time is around 700+min, second time 650+ min.

 

Only reason it would tell you that is because someone has already voted.

Do you live with someone that plays here?
Do you use a public computer/network?

 

yes, i was playing at my friend's house.

 

Then that would be the reason you are having problems.
What you need to do is go back home and log into the game then log out from the game before you vote.

If you play at your friends house again make sure you don't use the same computer or follow the above before either of you vote.

 

We are using different PCs. Both PCs connecting to the same router. Yesterday i managed to vote. But my friend encountered my error lol. Does that means we cannot play together? (using the same WiFi)

 

You shouldn't use his network to vote and he shouldn't use yours.

You could vote using a mobile phones 3g connection and he uses his own wifi.

 

Hi Admin, I'm right now at my friend's place again and I vote using my phone's 4G hotspot. However, the same issue occurred again!?!!? Please help.
