Closed banned for no reason...

    IGN: i dont even remmember my ign name just my account
    Account : royebenzvi - i got password and email acces anything to prove it.
    i used to play mapleroyals about a year ago, trying to get back to my old account. getting the message :permantly banned : suspicious activity by GM TimK
    no reason never did anything "suspicious"..

    you should be able to see your IGN when you attempt to log in on your ban message

    The message i am getting is EXACLY : your account has been permantly banned for serious violation of the rules. therefore you will be unable to use this account
    details : TimK peramntly banned
    graphited : suspicious activity

    now that is what i know with the account royebenzvi i have email and everything cant you just verify it somehow? i just wanted to get back on my old account back as soon as possible

    It says that the GM TimK has banned the player Graphited for suspicious activity, that does not mean that TimK is your IGN.

    If I remember correctly the player Graphited hacked into the accounts of other players, with that said you're likely one of the victims.

    will my ban be lifted? im willing to help with changing all my information on that account, by reading older forums of diffrent players ive seen people with the same situtation and thier ban got lifted

    What we need you to do is change your password here:
    http://royals.ms/?page=account

    So go to royals.ms, log in there with your game account and go to the account settings in the control panel.

    And enter your password + enter a new one.

    After we recovered your account we will unban you and let you know when you can play again. Please let us know when you changed your password as well so the hacker can't log back in on it again.
    Keep in mind this happened because of your poor account security (your information got leaked somewhere else and you use the same information for Royals as you did there so try to change it to something unique).

    Information gets leaked from sources all the time, we took steps to stop spambots from attempting log-in attempts with leaked information from other locations on them but ultimately getting hacked can be avoided if you don't use the same account information everywhere (other services like Twitch, Adobe, (private) game servers etc get leaks all the time).
