In response to the typhoon drop thread, which is irrelevant considering the forging NPC does nothing even when you have all the materials ^-^
Last I heard this was not a bug, as matt didn't want it to be fully implemented until the prequests were fixed. But it seems as though that effort was abandoned. We already have a no quest way of making iTGC items with different materials than gms, I'm not sure why allowing us to forge items with the right materials without a simple 10 minute preq is that different. And as Ty mentioned in the other thread, this really is not a game changer. There are very few high lvled nl, bm, luk mages, and PA dks.
