Info Showa Plastic Surgery NPCs

The Showa Plastic Surgery NPCs, Hikekuro and Saeko are now up and working!

I'm sorry that I've not been able to add cosmetic lenses to them as well, but I hope the be able to figure this out soon. I'm pretty much new to coding, so please bear with me! =)

The exp/reg female face "Leisure" is called "Lazy Look" (more recent name) in Maple Royals, but it's the same face. Back in v.62, a lot of the faces would have simply been called "Male Face 1" or Female Face 3" etc.
