We dont know who 159753 is at all. GoatE belongs to SheepJ, she doesnt know which account its in, but shes pretty sure that she votes only once a day. NimoT and SheepT are mine, I am used to voting on NimoT. I voted only twice on SheepT to buy the pet, but i didnt vote on NimoT at the same 2 days.
the character 159753 has been voting on the same IP that you have used to vote with, in addition you dont appear to be whitelisted with your girlfriend which would still only grand you one vote per household until your application is accepted
I changed your ban to one week now for vote abuse, you should be able to play again this sunday. Keep in mind you shouldn't vote more than once per location until your whitelist application got accepted
