Pure Luck Bandit?

Hi,

I would like to ask if having a pure luck bandit is possible. Items would be pretty standardise in terms of bathrobe, wg, pgc etc...but what about weapons?

I know during the lower levels there's korean fan and maple wagner, but what about higher levels...are there options?
