So I started thinking about HP washing on my DK really late (like at level 95). I've already done the math to get enough int so that I'll have enough spare mp at level 150; the problem is that I've been becoming more and more scared of accidentally levelling without having my int gear on, especially towards bossing. To people who started washing late, how'd you manage to put on int gear at like himes/bosses?
To be honest, unless you're a shadower/NL with high avoidability and shadow shifter, it is extremely difficult to equip your INT items in bosses. Bosses tend to hit you immediately after or even before you recover from the breathing animation. It is doable in Zakum if you run towards the right side during body and hope that you avoid the magic damage. Krex is much easier because the bottom portion of the map doesn't take damage. As for hime, you can always go back one map and reequip or head into the FM. Generally, you want to control your exp gain so that you won't have to work with these situations.
Hmm thanks. I've kind of assumed that a Zak run at 135 would be an instant-level? I'm not sure how to calculate the exp share that you would get from all of the parts.
It is definitely not an instant level. As a level 135 with decent equips, you don't do enough damage to white any part of the body. I think as a NL, I gained about 55% at level 135.
