Grind at teddies until level 35. Head towards LPQ and try to do stage 1 rush. If no one is around, you can go back to teddies or try chronos. I LPQed until level 51 where I headed to LMPQ until level 72. With changes to exp gain from LMPQ, I don't know how viable that is anymore. You can also try to grind at wraith or master chronos around level 50. They're leeching spots so spawn is good. I've actually seen people look for OPQ and PPQ as well after 50. But yeah for now I would do teddies. Maybe wraiths after 40+
