Maybe it's something wrong with Nightghost, cuz last time I killed those, they didn't drop any Etc. drop. The same applies for Dark Cloudfox
BBB is only an approximation. For actual drops, you should use library.royals.ms A search shows that no mobs drop it. Also those mobs don't drop ETC because their exchange quests give extremely valuable items. The admins decided the best way to deal with this was to just remove the ETC drops from these monsters.
