Discord is available on the App Store for IOS and you can also access discord online. I don't believe discord has an application for Android users yet.

You should consider pushing the use of discord a bit more, it has so much more functionality than the shoutbox and makes whispering and private messaging much easier than using the site. Also this link expired a year ago. If there's a way to permanently link to your channel and post it in the top of shoutbox, that would be great.
