Hello everyone! The reason what i come here is simple,i think the server need a bosspq. with modes : easy , normal, hard, master and prices : hmmm i think,belts or other items. (can debate the prices) It would be helpful for train,more funny too.
I believe the inclusion of a BPQ would change the game drastically, and I do not believe it would be a very great addition. The game is suppost to be difficult, and the addition of BPQ would make those who hard-earned their current levels be put to shame. As well as this, belts are currently non-existant (There is no such thing as a belt slot in the current version). I, personally, am against the idea of a Bossing PQ, I guess wait for the decision of a moderator/admin to decide.
I too am against the idea of a BossPQ. We mustn't stray too far away from our initial ideal, to be the best nostalgic experience out there. I think rather than adding something as unimaginative as a BossPQ, we need to add things like Temple of Time and Ulu City (which have already been up for discussion).
I don't like the idea of BPQ in a server like this for the same reason as everyone else. It should be hard to train and oldschool-like.
I don't think the sole purpose of implementing BPQ is to "powerlevel" your character into oblivion. It's more or so there to provide characters who have reached near end-game or end-game status with something to do, rather than fiddling their thumbs in the FM and doing absolutely balls-all. I'm sitting on the fence for this one though.
There we have it, ladies and gentlemen. Belts are not coded in v0.62, therefore, there won't be a BPQ!
Well I just wanted to inform him that if there was a BPQ coded into the game that belts would not be an option. Please stop being a smart alek.
Your positivity is overwhelming. Priorities change and as evidenced by this thread, it appears a fair number of players are against the implementation of BPQ. If that is the case, why should the staff focus on releasing a BPQ?
You could make the bosses give horrible exp in bossPQ and have no modes just 1 mode, and it's bossPQ prizes could be things like idk a strawberry icecream bar? But the whole point is it will be very time confusing and you burn money from onyx apples.
When you get to our level, you will realize there is literally nothing to do. I second BPQ. We need a well coded BPQ. S2
Should be a normal one, for fun with DECENT awards, nothing to overpowered. Perhaps some boss PQ with bigger bosses (example: Pianus, Griffey etc etc.) where the end reward could be anything from a Pink Adventurer Cape (lvl 50, att cape) to a permanent NX item. I believe adding level 120 weapons to drop from monsters would be possible, or atleast from a NPC. I mean obviously, you use the item.wz file from later versions (atleast after Tempest, saw the Kaiser 1st job sword wielded by a GM). But make them hard as hell, that's when the fun comes in. With dying!
I think instead of working on a Boss PQ the staff should work on fixing current PQs that are broken and/or glitches. That's not intended to be a snide remark I just think it's getting too ahead of ourselves to ask to add more party quests, instead of fixing the ones the server already has to make it better.
Judging by your response is there any reason to be positive? I was just letting them know that going off past experience, they shouldn't expect a BPQ in the near future. And you weren't around when the BPQ was first supposed to be released so please, don't tell me what the priorities of the server were when you weren't even here.
