I caught the character LoLgasm hacking and I caught you benefiting from this, thus you are banned as well as the person hacking.
How am i supposed to know if a person is hacking? i don't feel it right to be held accountable if i'm unaware. i was on the other side of the map the entire time! And who was Lolgasm? the DK or that other cleric?
It was very obvious that the player was hacking, and it should've been very obvious to you as well since you walked next to where I was standing a few times. I'll provide a few screenshots for you: Spoiler
since i can see FunP is the DK, the other priest wasn't in my party. so how was i benefiting? u say it was obvious, but i still don't see the hack to be honest. since i myself don't bother with hacks i cant really identify what you're trying to show me i was the lead of the party, and it was just me and FunP. i assumed the other priest was there to leech minor amounts of damage EXP off of FunP Edit: ok i see weird dmg coming out of nowhere, fine, but i was paying attention to my own health since i don't want to die and lose 10%. i don't agree with you when you say i was benefiting either since i was not in a party with the hacker
The priest is in the corner to the left as you can see on the mini map, while at the same time he is hitting monsters in the middle of the map with heal and shining ray. It doesn't take much knowledge to know that a priest can not hit that far away as it's about 6 times his attack range away from him. Even if you didn't benefit in the way of receiving experience points from them directly, you still benefited from him using hacks to clear half of the map and thus increasing the spawnrate for your side. If you wanted to avoid getting banned for this you should have reported him hacking and leave the map and party if applicable, or collect evidence for a forum report. However you did non of the above so your ban will not be reversed.
Dimitri... this is extremely unfair, it took your screenshots AFTER the whole ordeal for me to even realize this person was hacking. I'M ALSO A PRIEST, i can kill things here on my own, at my level. I've donated a great amount of cash as well, WHY in the world would i resort to depending on a hacker? an argument one could even make is that the blue effect from the hackers shining ray, i could have been confused for it for my own! Bottom line is: from my perspective, no, i did not know there was a hacker on my map. i'm watching youtube while i spam heal/shining ray and elixers on the other side of the map. whenever i moved to HS FunP i would teleport back to the other side, i'm using the exact same skills as the opposing priest so excuse me if i don't notice the exact same particle effect floating next to me. And since i didnt know he was hacking, how am i supposed to avoid something i was unaware about? you can't claim i was fully knowledgeable, thats unfair

Okay so let me ask you a question then: Your party member stands right next to a hacker so from his or her perspective it can't be any more obvious, and you give your party member holy symbol where as during your cast of holy symbol the hacker still casts shining ray and heal so you can also see him hit mobs further away, my question is how neither of you could possibly be unaware of this guy hacking? You really make it sound like you're innocent and make it sound like my ban is unfair, but what are the odds that both you and your party member don't realise that the guy is hacking when you both get close to him multiple times? That part makes it very hard for us to believe that you were completely unaware of what was happening, and that you watching your healthbar and youtube is just an excuse to try and get out of this ban.
i understand your reasoning, so hopefully you can understand mine after the following: i'm not advocating for my party members innocence, at the very beginning, i entered the map, noticed people inside, and exited since i was going to change channel and didnt want to be sent all the way back town. the DK came out and asked if i wanted to party and i replied "uh sure" because i felt that maybe having a partner WOULD speed things up. once i got back in, yes i noticed there was another priest in the map, but like i said before, i thought he was leeching minor DMG exp, just like if i were to go to skele's and hit something for 1 dmg and get a measly 300 exp. i don't deny that i got close to the other priest, otherwise how would i be HS'ing the DK? But i can't do much other than tell you that i truly did not notice it. i'm so agitated that i cant do anything to my knowledge to prove it either. whenever i train i always keep myself entertained, its the basics of grinding imo. i get bored if i'm not occupying myself with something but i don't want to die, so i'm looking at my HP. YES i do look at the mobs, i'm not saying i don't, but i'm being completely honest when i tell you that i did not notice anything out of the ordinary until i took a second look at your screen shots. i wish there was a way i could accurately prove to you that i had no intentions of doing anything against the ToS. i've made friends, i've donated, i've enjoyed myself and the game and i wish to continue doing so. i'm up at 4am playing on this server for a reason, i enjoy it. I'm not trying to make excuses, i'm only telling you my thought process. Anything you want to know, please, just pose the question. I'll gladly do anything i can to try and clear things up.
it has been some time and whether it's too late or not, i am sorry for not paying better attention to my surroundings. that's all it would have taken for this situation to be avoided and all of your time could have been placed elsewhere. i'm sorry if it seemed as if i'm trying to pin you as the bad guy for the ban, i assure you that that's not my intention at all. Dimitri, all i'm asking for is to talk consistently with you, or any other staff member on the matter. i wish to show you that i have nothing but good intentions towards the game. I'm sorry that i didn't apologize in the beginning as well, this entire problem has had me on edge for the last hour. Please contact me somehow
