    Last thing you did: yesterday i could not open mapleroyals so i reinstalled it
    Why do you think you got banned?: i think that before i reinstall it i do not delete original file

    GM see me as hacker, cause i reinstall it without removing original profile maybe it has some wrong in the process of reinstalling and i really dont know Sarcina,i think it has relationship with why GM see me as hacker

    reinstalling the game has nothing to do with this, a character named Sarcina got banned for hacking while using the same internet connection as you did. That means everyone on that network is currently banned thanks to them.

    but i dont hack ,you can ban him but i have not done anything bad toward MapleRoyals
    so please let me keep playing and have fun
    by the way: the Sarcina is my neighbor we true use the same internet
