Heyyyyyyyyy welcome to my welcome thread! Actually, this is going to be both a greeting and a farewell of sorts, so it's also my goodbye thread. Yay! Anyway, I've been playing on this server (my first private server) for about two days, and it's been simply magical. In two days, I managed to meet a lot of likeminded maplers, make a few friends and even join the most awesome guild on mapleroyals: MagicForest (Seriously, they're the best!) Everyone's been extremely friendly and willing to help out. When I first started, someone up and gave me 500k to help me get through my first 30 levels of equipment. I've made friends and chatted with a lot of people, and all of them have been stellar (barring that one guy who tried to make me give him my anniversary candles.. he kicked me out of his KPQ party when I declined, the jerk! D:<). It's pretty amazing how the magic of old maple and a group of really nice people can be so... lovely? (I don't really know how else to put it). It was a great experience. Really, this server wouldn't be the same without its community, and I think that's what made these past two days so memorable. Thank you for some of the best two days of my life. As advertised, this game has been quite a nostalgia trip for me. To everyone I've met, I thank you for your friendliness, for your good humor, and for the great experience that you've given me. We got along nicely. -LunaticJ: gave me a 4atk WG and invited me to his guild. It's filled with friendly people who I hope to interact with again in the future. Maybe I'll even level up enough to do GPQ with them. -Chancey, Integrals, xxfallinsin: a group of people I met in Kerning City.
