I've been visiting my parents for the past few days and due to their lack of internet I've had to use a public BT connection that their flat can pick up while I'm here. My friend (Account name: JackTheHuman, IGN: JackTheHuman/Mosby) who still lives at home came over as we thought it'd be nice to play in person together instead of over Skype. However when we tried to log in using the public BT connection we were both ip banned for hacking. Since the IP we tried to access the game from is not our usual/permanent IP addresses (mine being my own flat's IP in london and his being his own house) I was wondering if we could get our accounts unbanned so we could continue playing when we were in our respective locations. I totally understand if there's nothing you can do due to the nature of the situation/ban reason though! I'm just trying to clear my conscience that I inadvertently got my friend banned by asking him to come over. Thank you regardless! It's been fun playing with you all.
